The annual popular lunch buffet to welcome new employees was held again this year. A variety of Japanese and Western delicacies were lined up, and every dish was delicious, and everyone seemed very satisfied. After the meal, the traditional rock-paper-scissors tournament was held, which was a big hit.

A ground-breaking ceremony was held under clear skies in preparation for the construction of the new factory.

We held our induction ceremony on April 1. Two new members joined us this year. We renewed our determination to grow together with these two young people who have welcomed us to start our careers at Yutani Co., Ltd., and to build a bright future for our manufacturing company. We hope for your continued support for Yutani Co., Ltd.

This year, we held "FactorISM," Yao City's "festival of manufacturing"! Over two days, October 25,26th and 130th, over 2 people visited the Yutani Head Office Factory. On the second day, Saturday, there was a festival and food trucks, and the place was bustling with many parents and children. It was a great opportunity for the local Yao people to experience Yutani's manufacturing. Thank you to everyone who visited. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

Thanks to the connection with Osaka Small and Medium Enterprise Investment and Consultation, President Tatsumi spoke at Kinki University's "Small and Medium Enterprise Management Theory" lecture. The theme was "Visionary Management of Small and Medium Enterprises." In front of many students, we spoke with the hope of conveying at least a little of our efforts, which have the motto of "Bringing Osaka Manufacturing to the World."
