Transfer Line
This equipment sends irregularly shaped materials between presses at high speed to the next die. There are XYZ movements for picking up, sending, and setting, and we will consult with you on the specifications of the equipment according to the shape and production volume. It supports both inter-press transfer for multiple presses and inter-process transfer within a single press.
We have experience with 2D and 3D 1 feed bar types, 2 feed bar types, front hanging types, etc. Supply can be linked to the coil line. Sheet materials can also be supplied by a destacker.

Destacker
This device separates and picks up the loaded materials (blank materials) one by one using air blowers or magnets, and sends them to the next process.
