Uncoiler
The coil material is rotated and fed to the downstream leveller or feeder.
There are cases where it rotates on its own axis to form a down loop or an up loop, and cases where it is pulled by a downstream device to perform braking control or tension control.
There are single-head uncoilers and double-head uncoilers, which can also be combined with coil cars.
1300 width x 15 ton single uncoiler
We have a track record of large uncoilers up to 20 tons.
The small model starts at 300kg.
We have ample experience with 500kg, 1 ton, 3 ton, 5 ton, 8 ton, 10 ton, etc.

Leveler
A leveller is a device designed to straighten coil material or sheet material to a flat surface.
We offer a lineup of equipment with different capabilities, including rough levelers and precision levelers, depending on the precision required and the plate thickness.
There are cases where it is configured as a coil line, and cases where it is used alone to straighten blank or sheet materials.
In addition to the work rolls, there are 4Hi and 6Hi types that incorporate backup rolls and intermediate rolls.

600w x 5t 2 leveler lines
This is a leveller that consists of coil lines.
There are also two-leveler lines consisting of a heavy leveler and a light leveler in one line, as well as anti-roll mark levelers.
Coil material widths ranging from 100mm to 1500mm are available.

1300w x 3.2t Sheet material leveller
This is a leveller for blank and sheet materials.
There are cases where it is used as a single unit or as an XY leveller with two units.
We have multiple lineups of coil material with widths ranging from 100mm to 1300mm, thicknesses ranging from 0.2 to 5mm, and sizes ranging from small to large.

NC leveler feeder
This is an integrated device that straightens the material and feeds it at a fixed length at a fixed speed. It is space-saving and can be selected according to the coil material and line speed. In addition to a wide range of models in the lineup, we also support customization according to customer specifications.
There are bottom-out type FD, top-out type FG, and up-loop type FU, etc. Each has a track record ranging from Max 150 width specifications to Max 1500w specifications.

S-Loop
The coil material is looped in an S-shape to secure a buffer for feeding the material at high speed at a constant length.
It is widely used in motor core production lines because it is ideal for lines that feed thin plates such as electromagnetic steel sheets at high speed.
The line has a proven track record of 150w to 700w and is often combined with a double uncoiler.
The line speed is often 40 to 60 m/min, but we have also seen results with a maximum of 100 m/min.
