Bar feeder Line (straightener feeder for wire rods and profiled materials)
A straightener that can correct warping in the width and thickness directions for wire rods and irregular shaped materials. It is also equipped with numerical control, so it can also be used as a straightener feeder.
It consists of an uncoiler or a turntable.

The flat bar supply loader and double roll feeder make it possible to transport short pieces continuously to the press.

The flat bar loaded automatically by the loader is fed online, and the double roll feeder sends the preceding and succeeding materials continuously to the press at the set value.

Uploop Line
When space is limited, an up-loop line is also effective. It also has the advantage of allowing smooth insertion and transport of materials to the next process.
UPL-200
The uncoiler unwinds the material downstream and the leveller transports it upwards, forming an up-loop, which saves space.

Options
Various options are available to meet your specifications.
Oil coater
A machine for applying processing oil to coil material.
There are roll coat, spray and drop types.
The roll coat type also allows switching between normal processing oil and quick-drying processing oil.
coil storage
The combination of coil cars and coil storage allows multiple coils to be pre-loaded, reducing setup time.
It is possible to load materials onto the Uncoiler by inching operation, or automatically load materials using a scheduled operation.
Shear Welder
By adding a shear welder to the line configuration, the setup time for inserting the tip of the next coil material can be shortened.
By combining with an accumulator, continuous processing is possible without stopping the line during setup.
