People who work at Yutani
Electric Group
Always keep the antenna on
Make the most of opportunities
Making adjustments every day, one task at a time
I studied electrical engineering in high school and previously worked for a company specializing in air conditioning. There, I tried assembling a control panel for the first time and found it really fun, like solving a puzzle. From then on, I worked exclusively on control systems, and only began programming in earnest when I joined Yutani.

As part of the work of the electrical group, we design the control panel based on the drawings drawn by the mechanical engineers, then we order the parts, manufacture the panel, and place the order for the wiring work. Once the product is completed, we carry out the trial run adjustment in-house, and are involved in all processes from on-site installation to trial run adjustment.
Enjoy your work no matter the circumstances
There are many types of Yutani, even for what are called "standard machines." First of all, safety, then operability and visuals. There are rules about colors, so knowledge is required, and we also need to be considerate of the customer's operator who will actually be using the machine, such as "will it be easy to see if we do it like this."

In any case, I value enjoying myself no matter what the situation. People sometimes ask me, "Why do you go that far?", but I feel a sense of accomplishment by doing what I want to do. There are hard times, but I want to do what I want to do, so I want to aim for that and feel refreshed.
New things are welcome
I think it's important to be interested in a variety of things, especially when it comes to electricity. We at Yutani are the biggest fans of new products. When a new type of sweets or coffee comes out, we compete with each other to buy and try it (laughs). It's also very important for the job to check out and know about the latest models from other manufacturers. We welcome people who are always curious and keep their antennae up, and who are honest and motivated.

Yutani is a company that gives great opportunities to people who are aiming high. They keep a close eye on you and ask, "If you can do this much, why not try this next?" In fact, in my first year at the company, I was put in charge of a large facility in Southeast Asia, which turned out to be a very valuable experience.
